1. More than 8 years working experience in manufacturing industry and more than 5 years relevant working experience in the same position;

2. Have the ability and experience to control the overall manufacturing process of TFT LCM;

3. Be able to establish and guide the team to operate TFT LCM production and marketing combination mode well;

4. Calm personality, with the ability and experience to deal with emergencies;

5. Independent opinions and innovative ideas are preferred.
